The Ballawattleworth estate was developed by Heritage Homes and is located on the North-east side of Peel on the Coast road to Ramsey. It provided much-needed housing for first-time buyers – a mix of apartments, two-bedroom semi-detached and executive-style homes. The estate has generated its own provision, including shops, the Busy Bears Nursery and the Highwayman Pub. The photographs in this section were taken in October 2007.
