This estate was developed by Heritage Homes to cope with the growing demand for housing in Peel. The site was to be called ‘Ballaterson Meadow’, but in early 2005 it was agreed that the Manx word for the farm, ‘Ballatessan’, would be used instead. The estate is located on the Southern edge of Peel on the Glenfaba road. The photographs below were taken in February 2005 and show the estate while it was being constructed.
