An interview with perhaps the Isle of Man's leading folklorist and cultural historian, Stephen Miller RBV.
This interview was recorded at the ceremony in which his outstanding contribution to Manx culture was recognised on 7 February 2020, when he received the Reih Bleeaney Vanannan (RBV).
