Leave a lasting legacy

Although it’s not always easy to consider, planning for what happens to your finances and the things that matter to you most after you're gone is an important step that ensures your wishes are respected. If you are thinking about revisiting your Will or perhaps even making one for the first time, know that leaving a legacy to Culture Vannin will help secure a bright future for Manx culture.

Gifts that are free from restrictions are particularly helpful as they can be put towards Culture Vannin’s most urgent and impactful projects. If you would like your gift to be used for a specific aspect of our work such as Manx language or Manx music , or research, publishing or community outreach, you can specify this in your Will.

We are always happy to talk to you in person about how your legacy could help us take Manx culture forward. While your Will is a private matter, if you wish to inform us of your intention to leave a gift, we’d love to thank you during your lifetime.

It is always good practice to consult with an advocate or professional adviser in making a Will. If you already have one, your advocate can assist in adding a gift to support Manx culture.
