Financial awards
Information relating to financial awards forms part of our annual published accounts and report and may also be shared with IOM Arts Council, Manx National Heritage, Manx Lottery Trust and relevant departments of the IOM Government. Sharing information is to ensure appropriate allocation of public funding and is typically limited to the description of the grant, the named recipient and the award amount.
Grant application forms and related documents form part of our financial records, which we are required by law to retain for six years plus the current financial year.
Annual reports and accounts form part of the public record and are laid before Tynwald.
Classes, workshops and events
Personal data relating to classes, workshops events in and relating to Manx culture operated by Culture Vannin, in particular Manx language, music and dance, is retained only to facilitate their delivery and is not retained after participation has ended.
