A visual poem of Paul Lebiedzinski's 'Thatching Down South', one of the Isle of Man's most poignant modern poems.
This short film was commissioned to accompany the release of 'Six Foot Under', a collection of 24 recordings of the Isle of Man's most controversial, brilliant and important modern poets: Paul Lebiedzinski (1951-1995).
The only available means of accessing Lebiedzinski's works, these recordings of his own performances made between 1976 and 1988 were only previously been available on cassette tape.
The recordings form an important part of Manx culture and history.
