Film footage from the secret concert given at Culture Vannin by Mera Royle, winner of the 2018 BBC Young Folk Musician of the Year.

As a part of her win at the BBC Folk Awards, the young Manx harpist came to have a place at some of the UK's largest folk festivals, including Cropredy, Towersey and Cambridge folk festivals. In preparation for these, she ran through her performance at a secret concert held at Culture Vannin on 1 August, days before heading off on her UK tour.

We were delighted to be able to film some of the intimate performances with fellow members of Scran, Raygie Dolloso and Owen Williams, to share here.
