taking our culture forward

A short tour of a replica keeill, the earliest form of chapel in the Isle of Man, dating back to when Christianity was first brought to the Island.

Built in recent years, the keeill in the Cathedral gardens in Peel, Isle of Man, offers the perfect location to explain many of the features which were important in the Isle of Man's earliest Christian chapels, and remains of which can still be seen in some of the keeills present all over the the Manx landscape.

This film is presented by Fiona McArdle, registered Manx Blue Badge guide.
