- Developing new quality learning materials in Manx such as a four part course Loayr Gaelg
- Working to establish a one-stop-shop for the language at learnmanx.com

- Creating accessible educational resources and developing future rising stars through the Bree Manx traditional music movement and the Manx Folk Awards
- Promoting the talents of the Manx music and dance community to the rest of the Island and to the rest of the world
- Inspiring bright new works and innovative musical collaborations all rooted in our traditional culture
People and Places
- Celebrating traditional Manx calendar customs through a series of videos of other resources
- Widening access to traditional Manx culture through the release of video and audio online
- Developing a systematic oral history programme
- Celebrating our cultural icons through the national cultural award, the Reih Bleeaney Vanannan
